It was a very disappointed experience to deal with this auction house. I paid $4581 for two lots of antique items, and used the mailer they recommended. The items were improperly packed and damaged during the shipping. I asked their help to coordinate with the mailer to solve the problem. This company is not helpful at all, no return calls or emails. They're totally ignoring the customer once you paid.
Now two month has passed, and I still don't have my items yet. I'm still talking with the mailer. Well, the only thing I'm sure is I will never buy from William Bunch auction again!
Cons: No customer service or assistance at all for the problem.
