WOW, I have been coming to this place since 1997. Some thing has changed. From being treated as a human to being treat like CRAP. WTF?The counter personal are clueless regarding customer service, as well as the owner. I had a issue with a defective Item. After being insulted, called fat, told that it was probably the way I used the product. The owner comes to the front counter to continue the insults. I would drive to Galveston, Tx instead of going to that place again. How can you treat people that way that are spending their hard earned money with you. NO WAY, I would ever spend money at that place again. So sad that customer service is going out the window now a days.....
