If you are new patient, then you have no chances of meeting Dr. Grouse, who was recommended to me by my co-worker (mother of 3). Today was my 4th ( and last ) trying to meet Dr. Grouse at her Irvine office. Two out of 4 times my appointments were rescheduled over the phone. The other two times I waited for over an hour after my appointment time and then was told that Dr. Grouse had to leave and I need to reschedule. From my experience I would not recommend this office.
Pros: experienced doctors
Cons: that you can never meet
