Businiess name:  Tomatoes Apizza

Review content:
Just returned from a trip to New Haven and a wonderful pizza at Frank Pepe's on Wooster Street. I was told by the owner of Tomatoes that it was the place to go for great pizza. He was\r right on. On the other hand this restaurant has good but hardly memorable pizza in the same\r way. My criteria are pretty simple: Mozarella cheese with real flavor and a stringy consistency\r when piping hot. Pepperoni that is not paper thin and has a kick to it. (Hand sliced if possible) Tomato sauce that has a spicy flavor. Thin crispy crust..... On this basis I would say that Tomatoes Apizza has a ways to go to get to this level. With a little tweaking, this hard working\r owner chef can get there.
