We visited this restaurant by mistake confusing this place with next door Ton Kiang. Oh boy, we are so glad we did. That was one of the best experiences we had with dim sum cuisine. Everything we ordered was very Yammy, right from the ""steam"", with great variaty and lots of choises. Dim sums literaly melt in your mouth. And their tea was also very aromatic.\r But what imprest us the most was the way they serve. Instead of passing by carts (or trays) with food, when you are put in the position of wating for your favourites to be rolled out, or go with what they offer at the moment and accept good or bad experience (which irritates us a lot), in this restaurant they offer you menu with pictures of the dishes and brief description of them. That is a great aproach particulary for introducing this cuisine to new customers.\r BTW we still visited next door Ton Kiang couple days later just to make sure we didn't miss a better dim sum place and were quite disapointed with the quality of the food, drinks and service, as well as prices. We just surprised by all these good reveiws we have read here on citysearch. I would not go there having Golden River right next door.\r Mostly chineese people siting around us in Golden River was another indication that this is really good authentic food. I wish we'd have a restaurant like this in Baltimore, MD area were we live. Pros: food, service
