Review content:
My girlfriend and I recently hosted our joint 29th birthday party at Stitch on a recent Saturday night. Our group was about 35 people and we got nothing but glowing reviews from our guests. The place is spacious and comfortable and we were given a roped-off area on the mezzanine overlooking the whole bar. The atmosphere is cozy, despite the large space. Candlelight abounds and the garment district-inspired decor is unique and done tastefully. The staff was courteous and attentive; security kept our area exclusive for our guests and our waitress was always there when you needed her. Drinks were mixed well and the food was also very tasty. The main bar downstairs was packed and lively but not overcrowded and the music was top-notch. This is the only bar in town where you can hear Republic of Loose!\r
\r
Also, for sports fans -- they were showing the ballgame on a HUGE projection screen that was visible from anywhere!\r
\r
Overall, we had a great experience with our event and we'll definitely be back again. Get in touch with Nick Cohen, the owner of the bar. He'll take good care of you.
Pros: size, service, atmosphere, music
Cons: neighborhood a bit deserted late at night
