Review content:
I was a good customer of Bella's even with the occasional screw up on the order. Tonight though they brought baklava that looked like someone had stomped on it. I called and the person who answered was great....she offered to have another piece delivered and asked what other dessert I might want. A few minutes later the delivery guy called to say that the owner was NOT going to honor that and that if I wanted another piece delivered I would have to give the smashed piece back. Fine.....take your smashed piece....the other went in the garbage and you've lost a good customer.
