Horrible service and way expensive.. I am trying hard to find a single thing that is good about the pizza from this place. only thing that I liked about the order[1 chicken and 1 veg large pizza and a coke] from this place was the ""Coke"" that I ordered. The pizza delivery took more than 1 hr and the person on the call was extremly rude. Pizz was below standard and its too expensive for the quality of food delivered. I will never order food from this place again. more

Don't Go here if........... 4/10/2011

1) you like good food. The food here is completely mediocre. The pasta sauce is bitter. I would have rather had Chef Boyardee. The only thing good about the tortellini is the cheese and it's because they don't make it there.\r \r 2) you don't like being talked down to. The owner (Randy, I think?) is a complete and total D-bag. He's a tall, heavy set, tan guy with an accent and a goutee. Anyway, I had a coupon for $25.00 off if I spent $35.00. My order, with tax, was $35.01. The owner came over and told me that it didn't include tax so I couldn't use the coupon. I said I would add a soda or something then. He then changed things to say it was for dine-in only. I said it didn't say that on the coupon. He said the coupon says that there's a mandatory 18% gratuity and his system doesn't allow gratuity on take-out orders, so the coupon is only good for dine-in. I asked what his system limitations had to do with anything. He said that's how it works and I could not use the coupon. I tried to explain that I didn't even bring my family to the restaurant with me because it was a take out order. He just looked at me and said ""so you want me to cancel the order then?"" I said I still had to feed my family.\r \r 3) you like amviance in a dine-in experience. This place is small and the tables are packed together. I found out the hard way that the food and the ownership are terrible, but the general public must know because the place was a ghost town.\r \r All in all, I will never go back again and I told the owner that. I would have thought he would have come up with some solution for the coupon issue to bring in business but he's more interested in degrading people and finding ways to not honor coupons. I guess he figures once you're there and he hoses you out of your coupon you'll just pay full price because you're already there. I was really hoping the food would be so good I wouldn't be so mad about the coupon afterwards, but no such luck.\r \r I ended up scrapping the meal after a few bites and going to Taco Bell. That was much more satisfying. So save your money and go to Taco Bell or drive a little further to Lynnwood or Totel Lake and go to Olive Garden. The prices are the same and Olive Garden is way better. more

Will Never Order from here again! 3/9/2011

I was a good customer of Bella's even with the occasional screw up on the order. Tonight though they brought baklava that looked like someone had stomped on it. I called and the person who answered was great....she offered to have another piece delivered and asked what other dessert I might want. A few minutes later the delivery guy called to say that the owner was NOT going to honor that and that if I wanted another piece delivered I would have to give the smashed piece back. Fine.....take your smashed piece....the other went in the garbage and you've lost a good customer. more

Check your order carefully..... 12/30/2010

I had a problem with an order where they made the wrong pizza. I did not open the box in the store and discovered the mistake when I got home. I took the pizza back but he refused to make another one saying that was what I had ordered--basically calling me a liar--and he would not credit my account. I used to go here frequently for lunch and order pizzas for dinner, but after this problem I will not return. Be very careful to confirm that you receive what you order--especially if you are ordering several pizzas for a family or party. You could be very disappointed at your own expense since there is absolutely no customer service here!! more

Great pizza !!! 9/22/2005

In the Bothell, Mill Creek area, there isn't anything I would compare with is place. Ony had the pizza for the first time today. Wish it had a little more Italian herbs but will ask for more next time. I just like the spice a little heavy on mine. I will go back. Clean, neat, smells good, friendly service, fast, and good pizza. The price reflecks the quality of the product. I know good cheese and this was whole milk mozzarila. Ordered half cheese & half was the all meat and the meat was top of the line. Ordered by phone, ready in time quoted (I was early), place had several people eating in at 3:45-4:00PM on a friday. That ia a good sign. Family owned and operated. Open days which is a plus in my book.....WILL BE BACK!!! Pros: quality food items, clean / sanitary, freindly more

Pasta is good but the Pizza is AMAZING 4/21/2004

Great great restaurant. The lady at the counter is always pleasant with an aire of graditude for just coming in. She is always helpfull with the menu as well, if you aren't sure what to get. The pizza.... oh... the pizza.... I have yet to try anything other than the meat lovers as it's perfect for my taste. the toppings are all buried under a layer of cheese except for the canadian bacon. The crust is not too thin with a crispy bottom that holds form. Perfect pizza. Pros: Pizza crust, Price, Service more
