Review content:
i simply do not understand why this clinic hired the worst receptionist to deter potential customers.i could not get passed my annoyance at my original telephone experience to give them my business. i called to inquire about their location, fees, and hours.instead, i received an 20 min lecture on insurance coding and claims processing.i informed the receptionist on the phone i was referred by my insurance company stating their facility is 'in group'. he proceeded to school me on insurance policy changes, many instances where they can't collect payment, and i should call and verify coverage prior to making an appointment. ummm.... hello... isn't that THEIR job ? next, he went on and on about how certain insurance plans had this and that restriction - blah, blah, blah.. i redirected the conversation to ask about duration of services. he went into this rant about how sometimes people have too high expectations and would not allow me to even explain WHY i wanted acupuncture. to make matters worse, they have terrible hours and inflexible with even 10-15 mins early for customers who have to also work the same hours as their business hours. lastly, they charge at least $15 more than other facilities also in the same neighborhood and , they do not accept any debit or credit card.if this person would not listen to patients , how can i trust the acupuncturist will not do the same? after FORTY minutes of this , i had enough! i politely said farewell.
