Review content:
I recently moved a block away. I have a very simple request: high quality cleaning of my dress shirts - no starch. I drop off the shirts, I clearly say 'no starch', I get back shirts with light starch - especially on the french cuffs. I don't get it. I complain and they redo the shirts, but they consistently get it wrong (and this is the annoying thing - they've done my shirts by now at least several dozen times). If they can't handle these simple requests (which I've found for decades are quite basic and easily understood by dry cleaners around the world), what can they handle? Pros: They respond to complaints Cons: Why can't they get it right the first time?
