Businiess name:  Lee Bankruptcy Law Firm

Review content:
The person on my bankruptcy filing is Christopher Lee, so that's who I'll review, and I understand he's started his own firm. Now, he may never have touched my file so maybe that's not fair but as a lawyer you are responsible for filings that bear your name; as a name partner in a firm you are responsible for the ethics of that firm.\r The most common reason for lawyers to be disciplined is because they refuse to take client calls. That was standard practice at Lee's firm. I tried reporting the firm to the ABA but because at that time I didn't have my papers and didn't know which lawyer was responsible they wouldn't take my complaint. But seriously doesn't that tell you what the problem is? I DIDN'T KNOW WHO MY LAWYER WAS. I spent a bit of time with a paralegal and that's it. I had serious problems after my discharge and needed paperwork from them, needed to know how they had handled one of my creditors, and they REFUSED to send me the paperwork and later LIED and promised they would then stopped taking my calls. Altogether.\r He should be disbarred.
