Please, do not make the mistake and do business with this firm. The new owner of this company Adrian Fearman overbilled me $1100 on project. After I realized the error, I tried to contact him multiple times to rectify the billing error. None of my calls were returned. I finally had no choice to pay the $29 fee and put a stop payment on the check. I was worried about the outstanding check, and lo and behold a week later I get a collections notice from a check cashing company demanding payment for the money that Adrian apparently ran off with. A few days later he finally calls me back and also texts me to tell me that he is going to take care of the money owed. Instead, a few days later I get another call from the collector of the check cashing establishment saying that he has never followed up his false promises by paying them the money owed. The collector is hopping mad because Adrian has lied to her repeatedly to her using many of the standard excuses to delay payment e.g. “the check in the mail”. After speaking with a lawyer friend of mine, I was advised not to fight the check casher, because they would come after me without hesitation. The hassle was not worth it. I was eventually forced to pay the amount stolen by Adrian. This person is truly a terrible individual absent any morals and operates at the same lowly level of a common thief. Unfortunately the choice of this contractor was not mine, since he was sub-contracted to install cabinetry that I had ordered from another company. I definitely would not have chosen to work with him if I had bid the project from the outset. Within five minutes of talking with Adrian it is pretty apparent that he fancies himself as a smooth operator that likes to also talk a big game. I always got the sense that he would do anything to pad the bill. Who knew that he would stoop so low as to steal? If you are even considering doing business with these guys please don’t. I have gone to lengths to try to get this information out there, so that no one else will have to go through what I went through. Businesses like these are not deserving of the opportunity of another customer interaction.
