Businiess name:  Hogan's Corner Laundromat

Review content:
I cannot overemphasize this warning -- beware of Hogan's! I took two suits and other garments to be cleaned before a trip. They were not ready when promised. When they were ready two days later, they were a) NOT clean (e.g., they had white powder in all of the seams and stitching), b) smelled horribly (had to hang outside the house), and c) top-stitching damaged and buttons discolored. Worse yet, they would not accept any responsibility. Claimed the suits were poor quality because they were made in China. Claimed they didn?t smell. These were essentially new Anne Klein suits from Nordstroms. (I?ve taken other Anne Klein suits to Corry?s and had no problems.) They would not even refund the cost of cleaning ? unbelievable! When I persisted, they offered to ?re-clean? the suits. It was approximately a month before I finally got them back ? white powder gone but of course still damaged. Even though they kept them this long, they would not refund the cost of the dry cleaning. The bottom line? Using Hogan?s is false economy. Take your garments to a reputable dry cleaner that, if something unfortunate happens, will stand behind their work. Pros: appears to be a good price BUT... Cons: poor quality, terrible odor, bad customer service, management does not take responsibility
