I had just come from a HORRIBLE experience having my truck ""fixed"" an another shop that I will ALSO review honestly. After barely making it to FM1960 with what the other shop had done to my truck, having called Discount Tire (a great place for TIRES) for help, they sent me to The Auto Shop. The staff was kind and listened to me carefully, got my truck right in the shop, and they were HONEST and took care of me! They now have a family of REPEAT customers for LIFE! They had EVERY opportunity to sell me other parts (I even asked them if they WANTED to replace some other things by mileage and they were HONEST enough to SHOW me and tell me that the other repairs were NOT needed!) They also did a GREAT alignment for me, first time my truck has tracked so straight since it was new! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs to fix any car or truck and wants to be treated fair and HONEST! They have two MASTER certified technicians, and I do not work for them nor did they ask me to write this review. They also do work on custom and four-wheel-drives!
Pros: Never too busy to get me in, HONEST, NO SELLING!
Cons: kind of hard to find BEHIND the card wash, but worth finding!
