Maybe it was just a bad day...but my friend and I received the worst service here today that I have EVER received. Now I know this is a pub but, still, come on! The place was NOT busy, yet it took 30 minutes and three requests before we even got the water we asked for, and we only got it then because we went to the bar to get it ourselves. Our waitress was completely clueless and, when our food (not even our salads) had not come out in 45 minutes, with no explanation, we asked her how much longer it would be. She looked completely out of it and said she didn't know, maybe a few more minutes. We told her we weren't going to wait much longer so, if it wasn't coming out soon, to cancel the order. She then came out with the salad and she had gotten it wrong! Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes for a salad and with no sign of our burgers in sight, we told the bartender we were leaving. I don't expect the service of a fine dining restaurant when I go to pubs but, come on, this was ridiculous. I also saw other customers get up to ask the bartender what was going on with their orders (the waitress was oblivious). One of the bartender even came up to ask the woman at the table next to us how to make the cosmo that she ordered. I don't know WHAT was going on there, but I won't be back to find out !
