Where should I start. First the ""1 star"" comment is untrue. I have had the honor of going to this salon since 1999 and not once have I witnessed anyone being treated unfairly in any way by Robert or any of his staff through the years. And let me be clear I have been in the salon when the client has come in with a less than adequate attitude and still that person is treated with respect.\r
Now that's out of the way, let me write about the fabulous service I have received by Robert and others that have been on staff in the past in his salon. He has a fine way of letting me know that a particular style for me is good or bad, he does the most fabulous color that anyone could dream of -- it's a rare moment when someone doesn't comment on my cut or color. That's a compiment to Robert! I felt so good about him and his salon that I referred two of my friends, My Sisterhood, to Robert Samuel and we all agree that we are in very good hands when it comes to our hair. \r
He is the very best hairdresser plus I consider him a friend who is full humor, tremendous integrety and a wonderful voice. Where else can I go to have so much fun and feel gorgeous when I leave. I'd travel miles, if need be that's for sure. Amore Roberto!\r
