I had been going here for 3 years and had pleasant experiences with the nurse practitioners. They were nice and answered my questions. The staff just did their job and didn't pay too much care and attention to you and appointments took over an hour for a 5 minute care. HOWEVER ... I went in for a biopsy and as a young woman I was terrified, the doctor came in and went immediately to the procedure, never said a word to me other than ""dont move."" Crying in pain she got up said, ""ok thats done, we'll call you"" and walked out. I stayed there crying in pain and nobody helped. I walked out to pay bill and they told me I had to pay for procedure in addition to lab fees in addition to an appointment ""physical"" fee ... still crying, it was only the woman at the payment counter who finally asked if I was ok. I never went back.
