These guys had my records messed up by having my dog assigned to another owner, although I had asked them to correct it twice already. Then I tried to buy heartworm and flea preventative online, but this clinic refused to ""authorize"" it, instead trying to force me to buy it from them at a higher price. Then when I told them they ripped me off with too high a price before, they tried to extort a $5 fee from me to fax back the authorization form to the online retailer I wanted to buy from (who had a lower price with shipping and all included).
