Review content:
I was in the mood for some good authentic Mexican food so I decided to go to Las Palmas. We were seated promptly and after a few minutes the waiter came to our table to take our drink order. Both drinks were margaritas and were very watered down. He came back and we ordered our food. I received my food 30min before my date did and they brought her the wrong order so she had to wait another 20min. We asked for the manager and he was very unprofessional when he came to the table. He didn't say can I help you or anything he said ""yeah"". So we explained the that her food was late coming and that it was the wrong order, he explained to us that WE were confused. So he was very argumentative. We received the bill and our waiter charged us for things we did not order. Once we brought this to the manager's attention he became very rude cutting us off and saying that we didn't have to come here anymore that he didn't care. He was a tall Hispanic male that was cocky and rude. So we paid the bill and left. I would suggest going to one of the Mexican stands over this place or even Chili's at least the drinks would be better as well as the service. If not at least you would have a manger who actually cares about the customer. I guess since it was in Madison he just saw as a black couple trying to get out of a bill. So beware this not a very welcoming place at ALL, don't waste your money on bad service it could ruin your night or even day!
