I have eaten at this tea room more times than I can count. The food has always been fantastic. But I had my 1st Saturday dining experience here and the service was just awful. They didn't have enough wait or kitchen staff. They ran out of glasses and ice and although we had a large party, I felt like 2.5 hours was just too long for all of us to be served. Half our party was done eating before the other half got their food. And we had to serve ourselves our own drink and silverware. This place definitely needs new management!
Pros: Excellent Food!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Terrible service on the weekends!
