My husband and I have been a loyal customer of Tine Brothers for over 15 years. We lived in Philly for several years and would STILL come back to Jersey to bring our cars to Tine every time.
Al and Frank always do a great job of diagnosing the car and communicating with you throughout the entire repair process. They always return phone call promptly if they are not available right away. And most importantly, they have NEVER gone ahead and replaced anything without my authorization.
They will always tell you what repair is important, what can wait, and work with you to fit within your budget and keep your car safe for the road. They are extremely courteous and take the time to explain the repairs in clear accessible language.
All this fantastic customer service AND the get the repairs done quickly. They are a fantastic family owned business I am happy to support.
