oh my....people are still questioning the professionalism of this company and are still signing up with them.....I sympathize.....I used them and then did the research......it is not one person writing these reviews....I am new to this, but had such a bad experience with this studio that I want others to be aware of their ""nickel and dime"" tactics, poor customer service, blaming the customer when things go bad, poor quality video, final album pix that had to be retouched a few times....and the list goes on and on. Please ask yourself, why would you take the chance in using this studio with these many complaints....not one other studio has any BAD listings...even a governmental watchdog had 6 complaints and now they have become members...I have my album and it is ok....nothing great......for the price...BEWARE....and sign with caution...I would never recommend this studio to anyone........a disaster to deal with......returning calls is a joke.....do yourself a favor and proceed with CAUTION....Bette
