I have been shopping at Private Edition for over 14 years. They have always been one of the only places in Nashville to get great upscale products. But I must also say that their service has been even better. I have been there with an unlimited budget and a shoe string budget. There was never any difference of treatment. I have found that many people have a different theory of Customer Service and based on their own insecurities and ""fluctuating"" moods, they decide that someone isn't giving them their ""propers."" I was disappointed to find that the thousands of happy customers of Private Edition are letting a few disgruntled human beings cloud the perception of this wonderful boutique. I hope they last for a long time in Nashville. We need it! Kudos to PE and if you need expert advice and a professional facial, Private Edition is where you go!
