I went to Betsy's only because they had an exact dress I wanted. I ordered the dress 6 months in advance as did my bridesmaids. When Betsy missed the delivery date by two weeks I was not all that worried... then another two weeks passed and she told me that it was not a problem. Totally unapologetic and without concern that my wedding was now only six weeks away... when the dresses were finally delivered, less than 3 weeks beofre the wedding they were all the wrong sizes. We wondered how this could happen.... the it was explained to me by someone in the industry:\r

The scam is this, deliver the wrong size dresses, LATE and you will have no choice but to use her for her overpriced and HORRIBLE alterations. In my case, almos 33% of the price of the dress.\r

Betsy's is a SCAM. Stay far, far away.
Cons: Betsy almost ruined my wedding.
