As it get closer to the warm weather, I felt i needed to shed a few lbs but I couldn't seem to stick to whatever regiment I gave myself. I would find myself depriving myself of foods I loved for days on end, only to cave on a saturday night while out to dinner. Finally I tried Zone Manhattan and it was just what i needed! They gave me a sweet snack every day, so my sweet tooth could get it's fix and i wasn't tempted to cheat. also, the food kept me so full all day, so i didn't find myself snacking at 10pm. Absolutely Wonderful experience. I look and feel better and am now ready for memorial day!
