Review content:
Drove form State College to this store to look at and purchase a stroller. The stroller was a jogging stroller for two children. Prior to purchasing the product specifically asked if the product has and adapter for a car seat. We were told yes and wer even offered for them to order it. Due to us being out of the area we bought the stroller but decided to order the adapter for the infant car seat on line. When we went to order the adapter on line were informed for this stroller model is was not available yet. We contacted to store because we wanted a refund of our 650 dollars because we could not use the stroller for our infant with out the adapter. they refused full refund and wanted to give us only store credit. when we instructed we did not live there and would not be able to use they said too bad. Also asked to speak to owner. He had his secretary rely messages because apparently he was out of town. Said we lied and that night we bought the stroller he was there and we never were told there was an adapter. We had three other people with us who know the truth, we have a newborn and would have not bought a 650 dollar stroller if the newborn could not ride in it.
