Review content:
I received a gift certificate that I am unable to use and when I went to the business to have it refunded to the buyers credit card I was informed that refunds were not part of their "policy"(even though it's nowhere stated). So this person is out $210 and Spa Oasis gets $210 for doing absolutely nothing! I will tell everyone I know not to frequent this establishment (Bend is still a small town) and I think it's extremely "tacky" on their part to have to use these kind of tactics to generate revenue.
