Review content:
I was very disappointed in my attempted visit to Ritual Hair Design. I received a gift certificate to the salon and was very excited to get my haircut and thought it had to be worth the week wait to get in and having to leave work early to get the first available spot. I arrived ten minutes early to relax and enjoy reading before my appointment. The receptionist was nice enough.
Pros: I was greeted nicely
