I went to Arthur with a winter coat back in March b/c it was a european suede coat and i figured he was european and I figured he would know what to do! Boy was i wrong...and what an attitude. First, he ruined the coat but said he was ""working on it"".....i came back every month from march to august and he kept saying ""2 more weeks, 2 more weeks"". When I finally got fed up and pointed out that he had ruined the suede he started screaming and ranting in the most UNPROFESSIONAL manner I have EVER seen. I was in shock....and still am. There are too many good places in philly to even think about going to him....
