what can i say...bad, bad,bad company we leased from them for more than 5 yrs. extensive mold was found in our condo due to this company not fixing a minor leak. after the blame game between Morris and the condo owner we were told that we could break our lease and move. Then they said..sorry no deposit back because you didnt change air filter and left window sills dirty....WTF..I guess its court for me and them.. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IN ANY WAY...IT THERE ANY WAY TO TAKE DOWN THE ONE STAR AND GIVE THEM A MINUS 5 STAR?
