With offerings including panko crusted ahi, numerous imaginative rolls, as well as traditional nigiri, Sansei, a Waikiki outpost of the Maui-based sushi/seafood creation by Dave ""DK"" Kodama, sets diners' expectations high. However, a dining room marred by canned Hawaiian musak, closely packed tables with plastic tops, and glaring lights quickly crushes any hopes of an enjoyable meal.
