Tonight I approached a gentleman named Mark who was working in the valet lot behind Hole in the Wall and rather than simply tell me he was not a member of the valet team, he accused me of being racist. He then proceeded to call me a f***ing b**ch stating that he worked for Hole in the Wall, not the valet company. I spoke with management who assured me the staff member would be reprimanded but I must say I have never been treated in such an offensive manner. I will never return to The Hole in the Wall and unless you want to be verbally assaulted, I suggest you not go there either.
