Review content:
I went to the store to pick up an adapter for a amplifier installation in my car. I asked for their ""professional"" advice, and they flat out told me that the adapter I was purchasing was the one I needed. Well, it didn't work. I tried to take it back for a refund, and they wouldn't give me my money back. They said that it was used and damaged. I never even hooked it up to the car. They gave me a store credit instead. Then proceeded to tell me that the adapter, that they so adamantly recommended, wouldn't work (in a rude your an idiot type of way). Needless to say I went to Circuit City and was met with the utmost professionalism and advice. They took time and talked me through the installation and answered all my questions. Thank you Circuit City.
