Welcome to Hager's Hilly Prison. Submitted on 06-23-2009 by Shadowfax If you don't mind being locked in from midnight to 7am, and you don't mind a 2 page draconian rulebook which you must memorize (and if you do, you get a free round of dilapidated mini golf!), and you don't mind - I swear I am not making this up - some dweeb patrolling the grounds all night in a golf cart with red and blue police lights brightly flashing against your tent wall and keeping you awake. . And you don't mind that the campground is set amidst a scenic junkyard full of rusting semis, construction equipment, mobile homes, and barrels full of who-knows-what .. If you don't mind all that, then Hager's Hilly Haven is the campground for you. Otherwise, go a few miles north to Sheboygan Marsh Park, where the owners are sane and the grounds are littered only with trees. Pros: They let you leave. . . Cons: But not until after 7am.
