Review content:
I went to this facility after sustaining a back injury in a car accident. I did enjoy the physical therapist, but she up and left without notice one day and it was not enjoyable after that. After everything was said and done, my bill was about 2600 bucks. Not a big deal since my insurance was going to pay for it, but upon closer inspection of the bill, I noticed they charged me for services I never received. In my early visits, I was getting regular massages. After the massage therapist told me that he would no longer perform massages unless I took all my clothes off, I decided I no longer wanted them. I had about 4 massages, yet I was charged for eight. And they have the audacity to threaten me for the remainder of the unpaid bill because their outrageous bill exhausted my PIP. I told them to submit it to my health insurance, but they won?t because they know they aren?t going to get anymore money. They are a very greedy and dishonest practice and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Pros: None really, parking wasn't usually a problem
Cons: Deceitful, the man massage therapist was creepy and rude, and just overal dishonesty from the billing department
