Review content:
I went to Dr. Haro for neck pain, but was extremely disappointed. I could never get through to the receptionist and always had to leave messages and play phone tag with her to make an appointment. The office staff is rather stupid and won't even call in a prescription for you. I always had to wait at least 20 minutes and more likely an hour and sometimes more to see the doctor or the PA. The worst part it is, they act like seeing Dr. Haro is like seeing the Wizard of Oz and instead make you see the PA who doesn't really know what is going on. She just tried to get me to take every medication she could think of and most didn't work. When I did get to see Dr. Haro he never took the time to talk to me and it was obvious he wasn't familiar with my case. I had several very serious procedures done there including RFC (?) and trigger point injections, both which made my condition worse. I will say for those the team is extremely efficient and nice, but Dr. Haro spends all of 2 seconds with you before sticking needles into your neck. When I asked him questions like ""How long will the effects of the procedure last,"" he always gave vague answers and looked at his watch like he had somewhere to be. All in all I got no pain relief from this office except from the medications which just cover up the problem. I do not recommend this doctor at all! Pros: location, willingness to prescribe medication Cons: waiting time, will only give shots to fix problem, can't cure pain
