Businiess name:  Yellow Cab

Review content:
There really should be a rating of no stars for companies like Yellow Cab. I cannot express how disappointed I am with humanity as a whole, as a result of yellow cab. I mean, you think that a company understands the meaning of a reservation, but I suppose people surprise me everyday. We reserved a taxi to pick us up at 1:00am over 6 hours earlier on a Sunday night, a relatively light evening. The taxi never came, while the phone personnel merely continued to tell us that a taxi was coming soon, while we waited in 20 degree weather. After we finally were able to ask a friend to pick us up, we called to file a complaint, and they told us that they literally ""didn't care"" about our misfortune and were going to ""hang up now."" Seriously, Yellow Cab, grow up. You are a business. At least have your name and employees act according to some kind of standard. I work in the service industry, and I understand that the customer comes first. Even when the customer is being unreasonable (which we weren't) you still need to treat them with a degree of respect. Yellow cab seems to not have respect for their customers, and their open about it. Nothing I could write can accurately describe how despicable the service was and how offended I am.
