Let me start by saying I did not want to give them any stars, but the system makes you! This is the worst WORST ""Bank"" I have ever had the misfortune to be financed through. They are nothing more than loan sharks! I have poor credit and had my car financed through them by the dealership. It never occurred to me that all car loans weren't the same. WELL THEY AREN'T!!! This place sends you to repo if you are 10 days late and you have to pay $150 to stop it. The worst part is you absolutely can not reach anyone there. You can call that number until your fingers bleed and will stay on hold forever. On the rare times you get a person, you will swear you are talking to Satan himself! AVOID AVOID AVOID CRESCENT BANK! PLEASE
