This is my second time using United Auto Body. I have used other body shops and they do not come close to the professionalism that I experience with these guys. And they use a water-based paint for the environment that no one else is using in Issaquah, which shows they care. I would not take my car anywhere else, and if I know anyone who has an accident, I would send them there.
The first time I used them was about a year ago after I got sideswiped by a woman on cell phone. The accident took out the right fender, right door, and right rear door on my quad cab Dodge Ram. My insurance company wanted them to just bond and paint the damaged parts, but they convinced the insurance company to get the brand new parts.
I am happy with their service and my father feels the same way.
