Review content:
I went for a trim of same style medium length bob hairdo they had cut before. Person said no problem then cut it into somethin just short of a pixie, layering and thinning the top and sides to 3-4 inches. Then operator claimed it was the same cut that I came in with. Refused to own up to making a mistake. It will take 6 - 8 mo this just to grow my hair back to where it was when I went In. I did ask 2-3 times during the cut - are you sure you are doing it all one length? They said -yeah, yeah. Worst cut I have ever received. The hair is so thin on the sides that it cannot be styled I am having to tuck it behind my ears for the next few months until it grows back.
