The service here is terrible. I asked to hold a pair of shoes so i could view other stores and compare designs/prices. I was told that they only hold the shoe for 1 hour, in a very rude manner--as if i weren't going to buy the shoes. The way they treat the customers is horrible... when i came back to quickly buy the shoe and get out, the salesperson asked rudely if i am going to try it on or not.. when i said i didn't have to because i had done so before, the two salesperson laughed (it was NOT a friendly giggle!! just very rudely laughing.). I do NOT recommend buying anything at Cathy jean. The shoes are horrible-- the quality of the shoes does not even come close to the price they have. On my way out, I was at Nordstrom and regretted buying the shoes at Cathy Jean. It makes me mad just thinking about the experience! Bottom line ladies, do your shoe shopping at Nordstrom or Macy*s.. don't waste your time on Cathy Jean.
