Businiess name:  Ziva Salon - Store

Review content:
I have been going to Ziva for several years now. Bottom line, I have never had a bad experience here. The pros are : you'll always leave looking good, their products are amazing, and the stylists all know what they're doing. The cons are: the service is almost always rushed and often times a different person ends up washing your hair or (a couple of times this has happened) even styling it, and the cost for coloring is $10 for every additional color. These cons deter me, and many times I have tried other salons in between my visits to Ziva. I have found that Ziva guarantees a decent color and cut, but the color technique isn't exceptional, nor is the attention to detail the stylists provide (I have had three different ones here and my mom has had one). If you are willing to pay around $170 for a cut and partial highlights, plus tip, go ahead. But, with this price I expect an EXCEPTIONAl service, which I have never really got.
