I found the service at NYCTux to be quite good, so I am a bit shocked to read EricaRem's review. The staff was very nice and quick to help me in any way possible. I needed a tuxedo for my nephew's Bar Mitzvah, and they brought out an array of excellent tuxes, and made recommendations based off what other clients of theirs had purchased for similar occasions. All in all, a very good experience!
