This is the worst collections agency I have ever dealt with!!! I paid them in full the amount I owed. This was back in 2004, well I finally get the good sense to check my credit report and they had a duplicate account on my credit report, one said paid and the other said I still owed the money! it was the same account number, same balance, same company and same date of service. I called them and they at first denied it and said they were not the same account and they I owe the money and that I better pay or this was going to court. long story short, after about 10000000 phone call's it was finally corrected but with a huge attitude not one I'm sorry. This account affected my credit and feel I should have at least got an I'm sorry out of it.
