Review content:
First of all, the tech working on my computer didn't bother to read the written instructions I had included when I dropped off my computer until he called to say he was finished and I asked about the problems I had listed. For some reason, that then put me in the back of the line and what was supposed to be 2-3 days without my computer turned into 10. To top it off, they re-installed windows and DIDN'T BOTHER TO BACK UP the two folders on my desktop - one of which is 20 GB and holds the entire contents of my business. If it hadn't been for Mozy, I would have lost everything. I will never let these people touch my computer again.
