Signed a contract with the owner Bobby Krist in April 2007, he requested 1/2 down and remainder when the job was completed. the job was not completed until mid August 2007. during this time he requested more money to purchase the automatic gate openers. I relented and gave more money and paid the remainder upon completion. A week after the motor to the one gate quit working it took them 1 week to come and fix it. 1 week later it broke again and they told me to cut tree limbs to recharge the battery. We did this and less than 1 week later its charge was gone again. We called again and they came and removed the solar panel on sept 11, 2007 and have yet to replace it. Then on Monday sept 17th the second gate broke and got jammed, I called Bobby and left a message and they have yet to return my call. I have a one year warranty, I am manually opening my gate, drive out and manually close it for $15,000 +. I called several other Appolo gate co. they stated they could not honour the the warranty. So here iI am with non functioning gates and nobody will return my calls.
