I'm on a search for the best ribs in Co. Springs, and unfortunately Red Hot and Blue didn't win. I'd say, not bad for chain ribs--the BBQ sauce was really awesome, but the rib meat was kind of dry and jerky. My wife really liked the sweet potato fries, and all the side dishes were excellent. The service was really good, and overall a great little BBQ chain, but ribs, not what they could be. I would recommend going there, and eating the pulled pork.
Pros: good service, great bbq sauce, excellent fries
