John was very busy due to the recent weather that we had. He called me along the way to update me on the status of his arrival. Upon arrival to my house, we had to go inside and into the attic to look at the problem, and his worker took the time to remove his shoes without me having to ask. He was very quick with the repairs and even fixed some other small problems as he was getting off of the roof. These little extras are what make a good contractor and I will keep his information on file for future repairs.
