Review content:
I would not recommend Austin Driving School. The classroom sessions were fine, but it is incredibly difficult to get the required 7 driving hours and 7 observation hours. Because it is almost impossible to get through via telephone, you must go to the office/school at exactly 3:00 p.m. each Thursday to sign up for driving hours. They will only let you sign up for one hour a week which means that you must go up there for 7 weeks. If you happen to get through via telephone, you better hope it's within an hour of 3:00 because they run out of driving time quickly. The office staff tries, but because there is no management on site or even the slightest concern for customer service, you have nowhere to turn for complaints or help in solving any problems you may have. DO THE PARENT TAUGHT PROGRAM. MUST LESS FRUSTRATION AND SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! AUSTIN DRIVING SCHOOL IS NOT WORTH THE $325.00 THEY CHARGE! Cons: Difficult to get the required driving time.
