Review content:
I brought in a white blouse stained with red nail polish to be dry cleaned. I was aware that nail polish is literally impossible to get out, but wanted to see whether there was anything that could be done. I went to Rockeridge Royal Cleaners because I read positive reviews on Yelp. When I got there, I was informed that they would try and to come back the following Friday. I ended up coming on the Monday after the Friday, my blouse wasn't ready even though I came later than the time agreed upon. Not only that, they handed me the blouse wrinkled and stained with spots other than the original polish. The older Korean woman was extremely impolite and shoved the blouse over to me like i had made her drink a nasty herbal brew. She rudely told me she couldn't get the stain out - which I was fine with and understood. It was just the condition and the manner in which the transaction happened that was very unprofessional. Now I have to get the blouse dry cleaned at a different place for the stains they ended up adding to the shirt. I would not recommend this place.
